Thrive Boxing offers classes and training from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays by appointment. Occasionally there are Sparring days set up on Saturday as well. Please contact us about our current Saturday schedule. We will post on Facebook and on this page should any changes in class schedules occur.
Thrive’s Open Classes are for all levels from beginners to intermediate and advanced. We will go through a variety of drills with varying intensity. This session will include running, agility drills, foot work, punch coordination, offensive and defensive workouts, pad and bag work, some light and heavy (no contact) sparring too.
