Thrive Boxing Gym - Monday through Friday Classes and Training Schedule

Thrive Boxing offers classes and training from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays by appointment.  Occasionally there are Sparring days set up on Saturday as well.  Please contact us about our current Saturday schedule.  We will post on Facebook and on this page should any changes in class schedules occur.

Competitor and Professional Fighter Sessions:

 
These sessions are reserved for those who are competitors and professional fighters.  The training and workout routine is advanced and includes high-level physical demands.

Private Training and Classes:

 
Coach Peña is available from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm for private classess and training sessions. If you’re looking for advanced boxing and one-on-one instruction, this is the session time for you.  If you’re looking for additional coaching and individualized instruction, this is the session for you!

Strength Conditioning Program:

 
Coach Peña offers an intense strength and condition session for high school and middle school athletes. This program includes agility training, advanced coordination and strength and endurance conditioning. This program is available to sports teams as well as individuals who want to improve their performance and their skills.   Thrive has helped several Southern NH area high school sports team improve their physical condition and their game!

Kids Boxing:

 
Thrive’s Kids Boxing Classes are for kids ages 10-12 yrs old. We will go through a variety of boxing drills with an emphasis on beginning boxing skills and fitness.  This session may include running, agility drills, foot work, punch coordination, offensive and defensive workouts, pad and bag work, some light (no contact) sparring too.

Boxing Class and Fitness Training Session:

 

Thrive’s Open Classes are for all levels from beginners to intermediate and advanced. We will go through a variety of drills with varying intensity.  This session will include running, agility drills, foot work, punch coordination, offensive and defensive workouts, pad and bag work, some light and heavy (no contact) sparring too.
